My wife and I found Amazing Auto after out family vehicle started to have issues with dashboard alerts, we were checked in right away and left the vehicle, within 2 hours I was given a diagnosis and options to resolve the issues either to buy some time or resolve all the issues for a set price , I chose the ladder After I felt the price was pretty fair Patrick in the office kept me posted on progress and was even nice enough to pick up my wife and children after our vehicle was finished, thank you to the crew at Amazing Auto.

Couldn't be happier with this service!. Went in the morning and was attended by Patrick who helped me set an appointment for noon. The outcome was way better that what I expected. Patrick was very helpful and informative. They sent me an email and text message with all the information and recommendations regarding my car.

These folks were highly recommended to me by one of my father's fleet buddies. They have lived up to every expectation that was promised. I live near Cedar Park and will drive here every time. They are honest, they will run a diagnostic, and call you to tell you what is wrong and what it will cost based on each repair before they go to work. And if something goes wrong after the repair, they will cover it under the warranty. Well worth the money, these people are friendly and work to your schedule. Highly recommend!!

I dropped my car off thinking I needed new spark plugs and new brake pads. My brakes were making this horrible hissing sound every time I braked and it was getting harder and harder to push it all the way down to make my car stop. They let me know my pads were only 50% gone, but my brake booster was leaking air hence the hissing and difficulty braking. They were very quick, it only took a few hours. Customer service was great. I can not comment on the pricing as I did not compare prices with other places. I felt they didn't pressure me to do anything and they were very up front and honest with their findings so I appreciated that. They're only a mile down the road from my house and with the great service and my car working so well now I will definitely be back if I have any other issues! Thank you!

Shop was fantastic! Prices very reasonable and the mechanics were really informative. They kept me up to date every step along the way. Highly recommend for your auto needs!
