Feel extremely fortunate that I found this shop. Everyone that works here is very, very helpful. The mechanics are well educated on all aspects of automotive repair and when they are not sure when troubleshooting what the cause of the issue is they consult other experts. Bottom line is they want the problem fixed and they don't guess. Customer service was the best I've ever seen. They resolved the problem I had with my vehicle and were in total communication with me while the vehicle was getting repaired.The young lady who is the direct communication with the customer shuttled me both to my home after drop off as well as picking me up upon completion of my vehicle.I fealt that all that work here are very honest with the customer and the prices are extremely fair. I highly recomend Amazing Auto repair for all your automotive needs from simple oil changes to transmission rebuilds. Best auto repair shop I've ever dealt with.

I had taken my Dodge Neon to another repair shop and had been told that I needed a new transmission. I did not want to pay high price the shop had quoted me so I found a used transmission and called around for a price to just install the transmission for me. Amazing had the best price for installing the transmission. I took the car to Amazing they checked it out for me and told me I didn’t need a transmission, the problem was a $28.00 sensor. Amazing saved me several hundreds of dollars when they could have just kept their mouth shut and replaced the transmission like I had asked.

My radiator needed to be replaced and the other mechanic was charging me almost $400 to fix just the radiator. Amazing auto repair charged $284 and in addition to replacing the radiator they replaced the hoses also. So I just wanted to say thank you and I appreciate your work. You know when you get car service and it goes OK and you think, great, a decent shop, maybe I'll come back. Well, you REALLY don't know the character of a shop until you have a problem and I can tell Damon and Co. have good character which you can't find often these days.I had a major transmission rebuild with them on my Honda Pilot over a year ago and when an issue came up with it recently, Damon did everything reasonable to make it right. Actually I'd say that he went above and beyond.I would definitely trust them with my routine and major auto work because I've learned they have character, do the right thing, and stand by their work. And they know their stuff. Amazing earned their moniker, Amazing.

I went to these guys when my clutch finally gave up one morning a day before an out of city trip. Even though I was in a very tight schedule, they were confident the job would get done. I dropped my car at 10:30 AM and got it back at 2 PM. They went personally to pick up the clutch kit so they could start working as soon as possible. Excellent service and quality. Would recommend to anyone.

I had been putting off dealing with my Cobalt shaking during braking for long enough. I needed to find a shop nearby where I lived that I could also trust. I looked around on Google Maps and clicked through some of the shops in the area. Most had only a few reviews or they had some seriously alarming bad reviews. Some places just looked outright uncared for. Then I clicked on Amazing Auto Repair and was wowed by all the positive reviews! I then headed over to their website and looked around. They really made sure to show you who they are, what they are about, and how they want to do it right to keep you coming back. So I gave them a call and they said bring it over and we will take a look at it. As a side note: The building you see on Google street view is an old photo, their building is brightly painted with red and yellow. I arrived and they took it in immediately. Rick was the tech who checked out my issue. As I suspected I had warped rotors on the front. Rick then double checked my back drums and shoes (which I had another shop do 6 months prior) and found that they were done improperly! He didn't just tell me this, he had me come into the shop area and showed me exactly what he found and why he knows it's wrong! After hearing his detailed explanation I knew I needed that done. He recommended I get it done but I was under no pressure what-so-ever. They gave me my quotes (I also got a new serpentine belt since I already knew prior to coming that was cracked) and the price was very fair. They said you can get some of the work done, all of it, or none of it. Again, no pressure. I took a few moments going over the quote and decided to go through with it all. I am so glad I did! When I picked up my car I took it up and down the highway to test it out. Oh man everything was running smooth and happy! My car felt great and I felt great. I can't recommend this place enough! They are trustworthy, upfront, and honest! I hope someone in need of repairs reads this and makes the choice to try Amazing Auto Repair out! You will not regret it!
