I had my car towed here a few weeks ago because my transmission failed. I had left my is in the vehicle and was getting in a flight at 6am. I called the owner at 11pm the previous night and he drove from Leander just to help me out. Fire stone or ntb would not do this kind of thing. In addition they were super professional and explained everything clearly in a very nice manner. I will definitely use them again! Best car service I have ever received

“I would like to share that Amazing Auto repair is REALLY everything they say they are, they have helped me with my car, I had an estimate from someone else for some problems with my car, I couldnt afford it and ust thought “oh well, I will have to just drive it while its messed up untill I can find a new car” Then the “alternator” went out, or so I was told (another $500) I asked a few mechanics what their price would be for an alternator, Damon from Amazing Auto Repair responded the SAME DAY, and he was HALF the PRICE than the others!! Needless to say I brought my car in the same day, I also asked him if he could give me a quote on what HIS cost would be for the rest of my problems…. $300.00 !!!!! I couldnt believe it. He has DEFINITELY WON MY BUSINESS from now on, I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND AMAZING AUTO REPAIR TO ANYONE!!! The are wonderful, they are a little hard to find but the shop is GREAT the workers are GREAT and the service and price is AMAZING, just like the name. You know when you get car service and it goes OK and you think, great, a decent shop, maybe I'll come back. Well, you REALLY don't know the character of a shop until you have a problem and I can tell Damon and Co. have good character which you can't find often these days.I had a major transmission rebuild with them on my Honda Pilot over a year ago and when an issue came up with it recently, Damon did everything reasonable to make it right. Actually I'd say that he went above and beyond.I would definitely trust them with my routine and major auto work because I've learned they have character, do the right thing, and stand by their work. And they know their stuff. Amazing earned their moniker, Amazing.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The manager in particular, Damon, was very honest, informative, and accommodating. He let me know what he recommended for my car, and explained in detail why and when for each suggestion, as well as some friendly conversation. The waiting room is very nice with a big screen TV, wireless internet, water, and a play area for children if you have them. I took my 2006 Acura TSX in to get some brake work done, and their prices are very reasonable compared to other places I have gone. The wait was not too long, and my brakes are now working great with no more squeaking nor grinding sounds. I was very happy with the service and my overall experience. I definitely recommend this place and will continue to get any car repairs done here. It is by far the best place I have been to in the Austin area.

As a woman it is extremely difficult to find automotive repair shops, especially expert transmission repair, that treat you with respect AND are completely honest about what is wrong with your vehicle and price. This place blew me away!! I was referred by a friend and sure enough they were exactly what he described: courteous, extremely thorough and completely honest. I highly recommend this shop!

There are very few places that I trust to do a job right and be honest and not try to rip you off and that is Damon at Amazing Auto Repair. You always know that you are getting the best deal. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and HONEST!!! Take all your vehicles there!!!!!

Everyone I came in contact with was extremely friendly. I felt comfortable with everything that was done on my car and will definitely return should I need any further work done.

Damon was awesome. They communicated well with me every step of the way, and even called me a couple days after I picked up my vehicle just to make sure that everything was great with my repair.
